
I’m going to let you know now that I am the queen of easy delicious meals. Well, at least at my house. Becoming A Successful Breastfeeding Mama
Nothing turns out the way you planned, right? Before my first deliver,y I had prepped everything to become a master at breastfeeding. I just wanted to be the best mother I could be doing I wasn’t convinced that meant breastfeeding my baby until he couldn’t tell me he was done. Little did I know there were other plans for our future. I became an exclusive pumper when my oldest son, Gozie, couldn’t latch. I had already had a traumatic delivery that had already left me feeling less than, read more about it here. In the days following his birth I began to feel a sense of gloom anytime I knew he was hungry because it meant more bleeding nipples and a baby crying from hunger. I was engorged with milk and knew I was determined to get my breastmilk to my son.

All this to say that we can’t measure how good of a mother we are by anyone else’s ruler. I am the best mom I can be with what I was given. You are too! Easy Lactation Cookies

Ultimate Easy Lactation Oatmeal Cookies
These cookies are not only delicious but have powerful galactagogues, including Mrs. Patel's Crunch Munch, to help increase milk supply whenever you need a boost, or a tasty nursing snack
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp Mrs. Patel's Crunch Munch (Optional)
Instructions

Heat Oven to 350

Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper

In a bowl, mash bananas

Mix in oats, chocolate chips, flaxseed and (optional) Mrs. Patel's Crunch Munch

Line spoonfuls of dough along parchment paper.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cookies will be soft until they cool completely
