Graduation

I’ve taken a hiatus from social media to complete this lil ole thing called a Master Degree in Physician Assistant Studies! 🎓 If you’re unsure of what a physician assistant is let me take a moment to explain.

PAs are trained in the medical school model to work as a medical team with a doctor. We are NOT Physician‘s Assistants, we’re Physician Assistants better described as Physician Associates. PAs perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, assist In surgery and provide patient education and counseling. Once I pass my board exam I will be a CERTIFIED Physician Assistant. 😎

The distance brought on by me being in school across the country is a big part of our relationship. Going on 2 1/2 years We have grown closer and more in sync than I could have imagined. I want to thank my Love for being my biggest motivator and supporter in this long and hard journey. We did it!

Now back to what you came here for….

Of course I’ve been taking a break from anything “Wedding planning” and it feels good! No pinning, no meetings, no nightmares about budget! Fortunately, my fiancé & wedding planner have been handling business without me so I can stay focused. I’ll be back updating our journey soon.
