
Welcome back to another edition of Mental Health Monday—on a Wednesday. Regardless of the weekday, it’s still important that we check in and share our triumps and struggles with the ones that support us.
As I’ve shared with you on my Instagram & TikTok, I’ve been balancing a multitude of responsibilities and I’ll be the first to admit that it can be a lot sometimes. I’m not one to shy away from taking on tasks, but I have to be reminded (often times by Hubby) to worry less, and delegate more.
My ADHD loves a good challenge! I’ve learned to just embrace all of my weaknesses and be grateful for my team that helps me cross the finish line from work life to home life 🙏🏾. Take this as your weekly reminder to ask for help. There’s no shame in not being able to do it all.
