All too often when we suffer from anxiety, we live in a constant state of worry. It can manifest in physical forms like a racing heart beat, sweaty hands, or your anxious brain taking over and telling you there’s eminent danger.
Here’s your reminder that your house is NOT on fire.
It’s stressful, I get it. As a person that struggles with anxiety and also treats it, I definitely recommend that you consider speaking to a therapist. It may even be an option to get on medication.
