What if you’re the toxic person?
You could be a drama king/queen or wondering why it’s hard to maintain relationships.
It’s not entirely your fault. So many factors make up who we are today.
But if you’re ready for self reflection, here are some steps you can take to stop being so toxic:
- Replace negative thoughts or speech with neutral or positive ones
- Be intentional about practicing gratefulness
- Accept other peoples differences
- Practice humility and recognize selfish behavior even if it is unintentional
- Let go of control.
- Avoid emotional manipulation at all costs.
