I am excited about anything that can make my life easier. Groceries to my doorstep? Check. Easy Keto Dinner?Check. Romantic candlelight to set the mood when the boys are in bed? Check! Hubby and I have always been meat eaters, which made starting the Keto diet so appealing so today I’m sharing his favorite meal that I’m recreating to win brownie points for valentine’s day. Now that our family consists of two little ones that demand all of the attention, we look forward to simple, delicious and romantic meals for 2.

My journey through the Ketogenic diet has been transformative. I’ve focused on making only easy keto meals while I try to balance this new diet into my lifestyle. Not too much has changed except for eliminating most of the carbs and all of the sugar that used to hold me captive. The lift of my “Mommy fog” is only a plus to the amazing weight loss I’ve seen so far. I’m big on flavor and making things easy in life. Thank goodness for Nutraprice.

Not having to take hours out of my weeks for grocery shopping and errands is a must for a busy mom like myself. I don’t want to forget about mentioning my new favorite ingredient, Ghee! If you don’t know already, ghee is clarified butter and has amazing health benefits that you can read about here. There seems to be a price to pay for organic brands. Now I can save on the brands we love and get them sent straight to our home.

Easy Steak Dinner

Have you had the perfect steak? It takes 2 things to make it perfect.

  1. The perfect cut of meat
  2. Not overcooking it

I was naive to how delicious a steak could be until Hubby made this crazy delicious meal. He is the Master of Steak in our home and he had my mouth watering with this recipe. When I finally became brave enough to take a bite of medium rare I vowed to never again be that girl that orders a well-done steak. This is the perfect meal for 2 (especially if your ribeye steak cuts are as huge as ours, we ended up sharing one). I like to pair this steak recipe with cauliflower puree and my delicious keto biscuits made with almond flour from Nutraprice. Stay tuned for the recipes to those in the coming weeks!

Bon Appetit!
