Hey There!

I’m Onyi (On-knee),

Psychiatric Physician Assistant by day, Motherhood,  Lifestyle & Wellness Blogger by night, plus Mommy around the clock. I created my first blog back in 2011 while I navigated my new life as a Grad student in a long-distance relationship. Fast forward to 10 years and my story has evolved so much. I’ve continued my love of sharing life’s ups and downs through it all. It’s helped me reach so many women, like myself, who are looking for a community to let down their hair and be all the way real.

After 6 years of marriage, Hubby and I are raising our preschool-aged sons in Houston, Texas. You can read more about our recent anniversary in Nigeria and our

engagement story here. I strongly believe in the power of your gut to improve your overall health and love incorporating physical, financial, and mental wellness within my content.
