Can you believe it’s almost August? This year has gone by so fast! If you had told me a year ago that my summer would look as eventful as it does now, I wouldn’t have believed you. Like many of us, I had my reservations about resuming travel in the midst of a pandemic. Would it be safe? Would we be restricted to local getaways, or could we eventually travel outside? What would family travel in the period of COVID-19 look like? Despite these initial concerns, Hubby and I made the decision to get fully vaccinated, and I am more confident in the fun-filled trips we have planned ahead.
One trip I’ve been looking forward to is our visit to Tulsa, Oklahoma. For any of my OG followers, you may recall that the earliest era of my blog originally focused on wedding planning. This was also the time when Hubby and I lived in Tulsa before having our little family. I get really sentimental talking about it because we’ve come a long way in our journey.
